Shipping Policy

We proudly offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping on all orders worldwide. We are glad to provide you with free 1-5 days delivery to any location in the USA (not including Alaska & Hawaii). 

Shipping Time:

  • USA: 1-5 business days;
  • Rest of the world: 10-25 business days - please contact us to arrange the delivery and to check if the products may be shipped to your country.

*Please note that deliveries to the islands can take longer, sometimes more than 30 business days.

Due to factors that can affect international shipments, such as holidays/natural disasters/viruses/war/clearance/customs delays, we cannot guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.

All orders will be dispatched within three business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch during peak periods. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates.

Please allow 1 to 6 working days for the tracking information to update if you just received a shipment notification. 

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

Suppose an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., USPS/Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not arrived. In that case, you must contact the local post office and bring a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order to you.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:

We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees. 

For the USA, UK & IRELAND, there will be no Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees.

If the order arrives in your country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the land of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
