Shipping Policy

WE PROUDLY SHIP FROM THE OUR WAREHOUSES IN THE USA, EU and Asia!

We are proud to offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping on all orders worldwide. We also offer priority shipping for your order.

Shipping Time:

  • USA: 1-7 business days
  • Europe and UK: 3-22 business days
  • Asia:  3-25 business days
  • Rest of the world: sorry, we can't deliver our chair to you.

EU - Germany warehouse
HK & SG - Asian (Shēnzhèn) warehouse

Please contact us ASAP if you need to change address or put other changes to the order so we can help at info@vilno.co. Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.

Because of the holiday sale if the product you ordered is not available in your country we will ship it with Premium Fast Shipping from our warehouse in Shēnzhèn.

Due to factors that can affect international shipments, such as holidays/natural disasters/virus/war/clearance/customs delays, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates.

If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.

This is left to the discretion of Vilno.co, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund. 

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:

We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. 

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Please note that deliveries may face shipping delays during COVID-19 worldwide pandemic up to 50+ working days.
